Sell commercial, industrial, agricultural, OTR and retread tires to prospective customers. Manage accounts, solicit new business, provide product demonstrations, prepare quotes and bids, coordinate delivery/installation, handle warranty claims, collect past-due accounts, run tire events, and maintain sales margins and customer relationships.

Manage finance and insurance (F&I) for vehicle sales: establish lender relationships, process finance and lease deals, complete and verify all sales paperwork, maintain insurance files, ensure collection of F&I fees, train and inform sales staff, prepare finance penetration reports, and maintain required contracts and documentation.

Identify, recommend, and implement solutions to production problems related to materials, processes, and tooling. Review equipment and tooling, recommend repairs or replacements, assist with new process and equipment implementation, train operators, prepare operations manuals, and apply new manufacturing technologies.

Manage dealership accounting tasks including posting new and used vehicle sales, verifying paperwork, issuing trade payoffs, submitting and processing F&I payables and cancellations, daily deposits, managing receivables, rebates and inventory schedules, performing reconciliations, handling departmental inquiries, and supporting administrative accounting duties.

Engage customers to understand needs and guide vehicle purchases, build client relationships, demonstrate Audi product knowledge, meet sales targets, assist with financing and trade-ins, and attend trainings to improve sales skills.

Provide administrative HR and payroll support: maintain personnel records, process payroll, assist with benefits enrollment, handle employee inquiries, ensure compliance, and support HR projects.

Manage dealership office accounting and cash operations: prepare daily deposits, reconcile accounts, maintain cash systems and petty cash, prepare month-end journals and payroll support, control dealer documents and vehicle payoffs, ensure regulatory compliance, and produce management reports.

Support and coordinate PPAPs and FAATs, manage APQP activities, apply SPC and lean/continuous improvement tools, analyze manufacturing processes, lead sampling/inspection, interface with customers/vendors, present improvement plans, and manage multiple quality projects using project management software.

Design and apply electrical control systems for custom conveyor and industrial machinery: produce electrical drawings, BOMs, PLC/HMI programs, wiring diagrams, assist manufacturing and customers, perform troubleshooting, commissioning, and ensure quality and safety compliance.

Process and verify invoices, ensure proper approvals and coding, reconcile vendor statements, prepare and mail payments, maintain payment records, assist month-end close, resolve vendor inquiries, and implement process improvements.
