The CNC Programmer & Machinist will create parts using GibbsCam and Fusion 360, optimize programs, maintain control of setups, and ensure production goals are met. Requires expertise in CNC programming and tool management.

Manage the full finance and insurance process for vehicle sales: structure finance/lease deals, present F&I products, maintain lender relationships, ensure compliance and accurate documentation, coordinate with sales for seamless deliveries, and protect customer and dealership assets.

Greet customers in person and by phone during nights and weekends, direct calls, assist with inquiries about sales/service/parts, manage front desk, perform data entry and provide administrative support.

Use internal software and MS Office to prepare quotes, submit orders, and build customer profiles; resolve issues, monitor competition, meet sales quotas, perform occasional physical tasks, and support store operations as needed.

Work on live power-system projects across mechanical, electrical, controls, battery, manufacturing, or systems engineering. Design, build, and test components or subsystems; run experiments and analyze data; build tools, models, fixtures, or analyses; document and present results; take ownership of a defined project and deliver measurable outcomes by term end.

Perform dimensional and visual inspections of precision metal components, prepare and submit PPAP packages, maintain quality documentation (control plans, FMEAs), support audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, and monitor quality metrics while collaborating with production, engineering, and suppliers.
