Serve as primary post-sales strategic partner for largest enterprise clients, driving AI Agent adoption, ROI, optimization, governance, renewals, and cross-functional advocacy to turn customers into champions.

Support 1099 Valet Trash service partners with onboarding, account management, scheduling, troubleshooting, and real-time support via Gladly. Monitor dashboards, escalate operational issues to warehouse and operations managers, analyze communication patterns to improve processes, and provide friendly, timely support including weekends.

Serve as the primary customer contact for provider/payer clients, driving adoption of PointClickCare, identifying performance-improvement opportunities through data, building long-term account plans, coordinating client-to-client collaboration, delivering ROI narratives, and providing ongoing consultative support and training to maximize product value.

Manage onboarding, launch, and ongoing support for internal podcast programs. Advise clients on adoption and communication strategy, create support resources (FAQs, guides, templates), and build trusted client relationships to scale private audio for employee communications.

Manage client relationships to drive adoption, retention, and success with Teachstone solutions. Lead onboarding, implementation, renewals, health monitoring, reporting, and proactive communication. Serve as client advocate, deliver presentations, gather feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product usage and outcomes.

Own a portfolio of SaaS customers from onboarding through renewal. Drive product adoption, conduct check-ins and business reviews, identify at-risk accounts, coordinate upsell with Sales, track account metrics, relay feedback to Product, maintain account records in a CSM platform, and support renewals and M&A onboarding.

Serve as trusted advisor to onboard and drive adoption for a portfolio of Mid‑Market/Enterprise SaaS customers. Manage renewals, monitor customer health, resolve issues with product and support teams, provide best‑practice recommendations, run regular meetings, and mitigate churn. Fully remote (US) role; travel may be required.
