Own strategy and roadmap for Crunchbase's customer-facing AI data layer. Identify and validate model-derived data products, lead cross-functional development, set quality standards, drive adoption and monetization, and monitor performance and product economics.

Own and execute territory sales strategies to meet quota by managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, running POVs, closing deals, and coordinating with CSM and SE to drive value, upsell, and renewals. Onsite representative who visits customer job sites to support workers and clients, run basic orientations, monitor attendance and performance, resolve conflicts, produce daily reports, and assist with local recruiting and onboarding. Acts as product expert and hands-on problem solver to ensure smooth operations and mitigate co-employment risks.
