The OpportunityWe are looking for a Revenue Advisor to join our Customer Solutions Engineering team, a critical function that helps prospects and customers transform how they manage revenue.
In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives and solution teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver compelling solutions that demonstrate the value of Zuora’s platform.
Think of yourself as the “ZEO” (CEO) of your technical domain — guiding prospects through the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, showcasing Zuora’s capabilities, and helping organizations automate revenue accounting and accelerate growth.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that combines technical expertise, business strategy, and storytelling to win deals and build lasting partnerships.
What You’ll Do Become a Zuora Expert- Complete Zuora’s comprehensive onboarding and sales training
- Develop deep expertise in Zuora’s products, services, and solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor on revenue recognition automation
- Lead functional discovery sessions to understand business needs and constraints
- Design and present tailored solutions aligned with customer objectives
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and executive presentations
- Showcase how Zuora enables organizations to modernize revenue operations
- Handle technical objections and differentiate Zuora from competitors
- Own the technical health and adoption of accounts
- Define and monitor business cases and KPIs for customer success
- Identify opportunities to expand Zuora’s footprint across business units
- Partner with Product Management to shape product roadmap based on customer insights
- Share feedback and market context to inform product innovation
- Work closely with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Product teams, and partners
- Support RFPs/RFIs, marketing events, and field engagements
- Help resolve technical escalations and ensure customer success
- Occasional travel within your sales territory to support customers and events
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15
- Ability to translate complex business needs into compelling solutions
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Comfort presenting to audiences ranging from operational teams to C-level executives
- Strong curiosity and motivation to master the quote-to-cash lifecycle
- Pre-sales or consulting experience
- Experience with Zuora Revenue (RevPro)

The OTE range for this role is $124,375 – $251,160. OTE includes base salary and target variable compensation. A candidate’s final OTE will be determined based on factors including qualifications, relevant experience, job-related knowledge, specific skills, location, internal equity, and budget.
The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate’s final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget.
