Manage day-to-day workplace operations to create a welcoming, organized office environment. Maintain supplies and common areas, coordinate vendors and facilities requests, handle mail and shipping, and support events and employee engagement. Support core accounting operations including collections for broker-related receivables, monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, resolving payment discrepancies, maintaining records, assisting audits, and participating in monthly and annual close. Collaborate with stakeholders and improve accounting processes.

Develop and manage relationships with independent mobile dealers, analyze territory opportunities, create and execute market penetration plans, prospect for new business, hit sales budgets, deliver presentations and product training, and provide customer support while traveling extensively within the assigned Southeast territory.

Lead outbound sales and partnerships to onboard helplines onto Aselo, manage ongoing customer relationships, run demos, produce market analysis, support pricing and proposals, coordinate cross-functionally, and represent Aselo at events. Role requires consultative selling, CRM use, occasional travel (~20%), and technical fluency with product configuration and basic Git/support tools.

Own a regional territory to build and close enterprise facilities-services contracts ($400K+ ACV). Manage full sales cycle, partner with inside sales and operations, maintain CRM discipline and forecasting, pursue pipeline, represent the company at industry events, and meet a $4M annual new-business quota.

Lead construction projects from planning through closeout, managing budgets, contracts, subcontractors, schedules, owner relationships, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation to ensure on-budget, on-scope delivery.

Sell new and used vehicles by building customer relationships, demonstrating vehicle features, addressing objections, following up for referrals, and meeting objectives set by the Sales Manager. Maintain professional appearance, product knowledge, and perform assigned duties.

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, social) to generate qualified meetings with financial institutions, qualify needs, maintain CRM pipeline, and hand off opportunities to sales while progressing toward more complex sales conversations.
