Supervise a team of Advisor Support phone agents serving financial professionals. Coach, set goals, provide real-time floor support, resolve complex inquiries (money movement, account maintenance, new accounts), maintain quality and productivity, and drive advisor satisfaction while adapting to changing business needs.

Operate material handling equipment, follow safety guidelines, and work independently at secure government/customer sites.

Drive B2B sales by prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals while managing accounts and coordinating with supply and logistics. Maintain CRM records, meet volume and margin targets, provide post-sale support, and gather market intelligence to optimize service delivery.

Manage the SEO team's workload, assign and review tasks, create and execute project plans, participate in client meetings, improve processes, research marketing methods, and ensure deliverables are on time, on budget, and meet objectives.

Lead and manage all accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, inventory, commissions, month- and year-end close, COGS/job costing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Improve controls, implement automations and integrations across Sage Intacct, ServiceTitan, and CaptivateIQ, prepare forecasts and management reports, and mentor the accounting team to support business decisions.

Perform outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to build pipeline, qualify leads, maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing and sales, and meet activity metrics to generate opportunities for Account Executives.
