Influence executive, product, and sales stakeholders; translate technical AI/ML and forensic capabilities into messaging; develop buyer personas; create sales enablement and demand-generation content; evangelize products at events; partner with competitive intelligence and customer advocacy; mentor product marketing team members.

Support AutoZone's commercial sales and service operations by assisting commercial customers with product selection and orders, maintaining billing and delivery accuracy, conducting account visits, generating new business, handling cash and returns, managing inventory and vehicle safety, and leading the commercial department when needed.

Provide inside sales support for assigned accounts including quoting, order management, responding to customer requirements, building product and account knowledge, leveraging WWT tools and partner programs, identifying upsell opportunities, and mentoring new sales ops employees.
