Serve as primary HR contact supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, benefits and leave administration, HRIS and applicant tracking, compliance, personnel records, audits, and cross-functional HR projects to maintain a positive, compliant workplace.

Lead videography, photography, and multimedia storytelling for the Institute. Plan, capture, edit, and produce video and photo assets for digital campaigns, social platforms, website, and events. Manage WordPress content publication, maintain media asset library, support event coverage and logistics, and ensure brand, accessibility, and SEO alignment.

Performs legal research, drafts and edits pleadings, motions and trial documents, files orders, tracks discovery and payments, maintains attorney files and schedules, and interacts with police, witnesses, victims, and agencies to support prosecutors and public defenders in pretrial and trial preparation.
