Handle inbound internet and phone customer inquiries, make outbound calls/emails/texts to generate appointments and sales, enter data into CRM, present and deliver vehicles, and coordinate with finance. Use lead and inventory tools and maintain high customer service and ethical standards.

Work directly with founders to research AI SaaS markets, identify high-fit accounts and buyers, prepare personalized outbound, maintain CRM discipline, track replies/objections, run GTM experiments, and support founder-led sales to create real customer conversations.

Serve as primary strategic partner to key clients; lead delivery across multiple retainer accounts; coordinate cross-functional digital teams; manage scope, timelines, budgets and resources; improve processes; ensure quality; identify growth opportunities and support agency scaling.

Serve as final escalation for end-user IT issues across Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, Slack and Entra ID. Lead device vulnerability management and patching, automate tasks in Intune, mentor junior staff, manage hardware/software lifecycle and ticket escalations, support integrations and migrations, and run onboarding/offboarding and asset tracking. Work with networking/VoIP and vendor procurement.

Own a portfolio of software and platform clients, hit revenue targets, grow C-suite relationships, lead consultative sales from lead generation through contract close, support delivery teams, drive account planning, mitigate delivery risks, and develop IP and best practices to expand business.

Manage government contract administration for a federal training program: track milestones and budgets, prepare contract modifications, coordinate with COR and internal teams, verify deliverables, and provide daily operational oversight for training environments.
