Manage Employment Services Department operations including supported employment and contract services. Oversee staff, training, customer contracts, budgeting, compliance, quality control, billing, and business development. Promote positive culture, implement procedures, and coordinate with leadership and stakeholders.

Wear a lightweight head-mounted camera and record everyday or work-related tasks (minimum 4 hours per scheduled day). Follow recording, safety, privacy, and equipment instructions, use an Android or iOS smartphone to connect to the camera when required, and repeat tasks if recording quality is insufficient. Tasks may occur across various approved locations and can include light physical activities.

Provide remote administrative support and Salesforce CRM administration: maintain accurate customer records, generate reports and dashboards, manage calendars and documents, coordinate cross-functional tasks, improve processes, and support ad hoc reporting and user requests to ensure operational efficiency.

Manage customer credit agreements and payment activity, investigate and resolve disputes, assess credit risk, recommend solutions to underwriting, negotiate payment plans, meet monthly B2B/B2C goals, provide customer service, and support team operations and administrative projects.

Manage and qualify inbound leads, maintain HubSpot CRM, execute B2B email campaigns and nurture workflows, create email and social content, collaborate with design and sales, track campaign performance, build reports and dashboards, and support marketing automation and data quality initiatives.

Sell content management, document automation, scanning/printing, and information security solutions to B2B clients. Identify and cultivate new business, grow existing accounts, meet sales targets, use CRM/ERP to track performance, deliver product presentations, and complete ongoing product and sales training.
