The Applied AI Researcher will explore new AI system architectures, develop prototypes, analyze data, and redefine human-AI collaboration for enterprise applications.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn) and multi-channel campaigns. Research target accounts, build pipeline, qualify meetings, and maintain CRM data. Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing, meet monthly/quarterly pipeline targets, and stay current on GRC and learning-management trends.

Lead executive communications and social strategy for founders and the brand. Create and publish LinkedIn and cross-platform content, produce short-form video, craft executive narratives and speaking materials, run timely campaigns, and measure performance to iterate on messaging and distribution.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for Prestonwood Baptist Church: applicant tracking, resume screening, interviews, job postings, background checks, new-hire orientation, HRIS updates, payroll support, HR documentation, and provide backup HR support and department projects.

Ensure compliance with DAF/AFRL/DoD/NARA records and information governance policies, protect PII/CUI, support FOIA/Privacy Act processes, produce reports and briefings, deliver training, and drive process improvements to support leadership.

Design, build, and maintain internal applications, integrations, and automated workflows supporting HR, Operations, Finance, and other functions. Gather requirements, write and test front-end and back-end code, troubleshoot databases and integrations, document systems, and recommend tools to improve efficiency while ensuring data integrity and security.

Provide day-to-day administration and support for SharePoint (Online/On‑Prem), manage sites, permissions, migrations, user access, and Microsoft 365 integrations; troubleshoot permission issues, document procedures, assist users, and escalate complex problems to senior admins.
