Design, build, and own scalable batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines and lakehouse architecture on Databricks/AWS. Optimize Spark jobs and storage, manage Databricks workflows and Unity Catalog, ensure data correctness, and collaborate with analytics, engineering, and product teams.

Localize and transcreate Simplified Chinese game text into natural English; manage terminology/style guides and translation memories; perform LQA and defect tracking; review translators; coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure culturally appropriate content and on-schedule delivery.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack software and platform solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex issues, produce technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement and automation for large-data analytics and on-demand software delivery.

Design and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily Power BI), gather and model data from SIEM, ticketing, CRM and finance systems, perform root-cause and trend analysis, automate reports and pipelines, present insights to stakeholders, support ad-hoc analysis, and ensure data quality and documentation to drive data-informed decisions across MDR, advisory, and incident response offerings.

Own end-to-end onboarding, drive retention and revenue through proactive account management, handle billing/payment issues, ensure messaging compliance (monitor, escalate, offboard), run QBRs and growth strategies, and provide training and ongoing support to maximize platform adoption.

Support international B2B sales through lead generation, prospect qualification, outreach, CRM data hygiene, sales material preparation, market research, pipeline tracking, and cross-team collaboration while learning sales processes.

Partner with stakeholders to lead indirect sourcing, supplier relationship and contract negotiations, use spend and market data to identify opportunities, and coordinate governance with Legal, Risk, Finance and InfoSec to improve procurement outcomes.

Support delivery of regional water and wastewater projects by enabling emergency and planned works, reporting progress, analysing risks and costs, leading root-cause analysis, ensuring governance and H&S compliance, and liaising with stakeholders.
