Support retention channels by building, testing, and deploying email, SMS, and push campaigns in Klaviyo and PushOwl; manage calendar and cross-functional project coordination in Asana; analyze campaign performance, maintain A/B test documentation, and optimize workflows and creative with design collaborators and AI tools.

Prepare and enter monthly journal entries, assist month/quarter/year-end close, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, revenue entries, 1099s, and financial reports for CFO. Support budgets, capitation functions, special projects, and accounting system use.

Lead and oversee end-to-end multi-state payroll operations, ensure tax and wage compliance, supervise and train payroll clerks, analyze payroll data and build reports, and maintain payroll systems and SOPs to optimize processes and mitigate compliance risk.
