Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale platform initiatives, align technical roadmaps with business goals, decompose complex platform work into phased 3–6 week deliveries, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, validate technical outcomes, and drive platform modernization across infrastructure, authentication, security, reliability, and developer experience.

Lead cross-company initiatives, own OKR/KPI processes, build dashboards and scorecards, and run the company operating rhythm. Coordinate stakeholders, support board/investor materials, and drive continuous-improvement efforts to remove friction and ensure commitments are aligned and executed.

Diagnose and repair tablets, laptops, desktops and all-in-ones (hardware and software). Disassemble/reassemble components, replace parts (LCD/HDD), meet daily unit/KPI metrics, perform setups and software installations, and maintain warehouse organization and safety.
