Own approximately seven concurrent executive searches for senior director, VP, and EVP roles across product, technology, and commercial functions. Responsibilities include direct sourcing of passive candidates, rigorous executive interviewing and assessment, complex compensation negotiations involving base, bonus, and equity, and senior stakeholder management across regions and time zones. The recruiter works autonomously in a high-visibility US-based role and must be available onsite regularly in Atlanta or San Jose.
