Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, design workflows, support SDLC (Agile/Waterfall), create BRDs and test cases, perform minor system configuration, support QA/UAT, liaise with vendors, and help optimize mortgage loan lifecycle processes (Origination through Post-Closing).

Review journal entries, reconciliations, payment runs and balance sheet accounts, supervise Staff Accountants, resolve accounting issues, and improve processes, controls, and reporting.

Manage daily cash flows, maintain a rolling 12-month cash forecast, execute banking transactions, support treasury reporting and audits, improve treasury processes, and maintain bank relationships while collaborating with AR/AP/payroll and accounting teams.

Manage month-end close, prepare journal entries and monthly financial statements per GAAP, support audits and Form 990, lead ERP/accounting systems, assist budgeting, internal controls, risk management, external reporting, and process improvements.

Process bi-weekly accounts payable including invoice, expense report, petty cash, and check processing. Maintain vendor records, reconcile AP monthly, prepare 1099s, assist with audits, grant invoicing, financial reporting, and backup payroll duties.

Lead and manage HR functions for a mixed union/non-union workforce, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, payroll, benefits, compliance, organizational development, and union support.

Lead statewide IT strategy and operations across multiple ACLU affiliates. Oversee MSP, infrastructure, telephony, cloud services, SharePoint intranets, Teams, vendor contracts, security, budgets, training, and helpdesk workflows.

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by building client relationships, demonstrating product knowledge, using clienteling and POS tools, supporting store operations, merchandising, and participating in store events while maintaining visual and cleanliness standards.
