Oversee marine assurance and regulatory compliance for company and third‑party vessels. Coordinate surveys, inspections, certifications, and Flag/Classification approvals; support ISM/SOLAS/MARPOL/MLC compliance; perform vessel inspections, vetting, incident investigations, and fleet assurance reviews; maintain technical records; advise project teams on operational readiness and marine technical matters; track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Lead and manage indirect tax compliance (sales/use, property, business licenses), oversee external vendors and audits, support reconciliations and AP interactions, train and develop analysts, handle tax notices, and drive process improvements and internal controls.

Prepare and finalize attorney bills using Aderant and e-billing systems, review time and cost entries for compliance, coordinate electronic submissions, assist with rejected invoices and collections, provide expense backup, and support partners, legal secretaries, and the Billing Department with billing-related issues and process improvements.

Lead architecture assessment and modernization of client data platforms. Design Snowflake-based future-state architecture, migrate SQL transformations into dbt, define ELT standards, CI/CD, testing, governance, and optimize Airflow orchestration and platform performance while leading workshops and knowledge transfer.

Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR Business Partner for the Americas, advising leaders on talent, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, change initiatives, and compliance across Canada, the US, and Mexico. Drive talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and people-data insights while supporting hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding. Champion culture, inclusion, and high-performance practices and partner with HR specialists to deliver practical people solutions.

Work with sales and engineering to own the technical pre-sales process: gather requirements, design AI agent integrations, write and review APIs, run hands-on trials using prospect call data, iterate prompts and conversational designs, analyze conversational insights, and present technical findings to business and technical stakeholders.

Operate at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy: own recurring Finance and RevOps workflows, run AR/AP and payroll-adjacent tasks, build financial models and analytics, support HubSpot and data hygiene, manage vendors and IT onboarding, lead ISO27001/SOC2 evidence gathering, coordinate hiring and people ops programs, and drive cross-functional operational improvements.

Produce technical drawings and 3D/2D CAD models to company standards; collaborate with designers and engineers; interface with internal and external stakeholders; follow engineering policies and security measures; perform additional assigned duties.
