Lead IT strategy and hands-on technical delivery for cloud, on‑premise, and SaaS systems. Oversee ERP and WMS implementations, e‑commerce architecture (Shopify/Magento), Microsoft 365 migration, network security, data integrity, and AI integrations. Manage and mentor systems, DBAs, platform engineers, and help desk staff. Own IT roadmap, vendor relationships, budgets, compliance (CCPA, GDPR, ADA), and uptime/performance for digital storefronts and partner platforms.

Manage and coach sales representatives across the Pacific Northwest territory, develop new and existing accounts, design sales strategies, analyze sales data, monitor competitors, meet customers, and ensure sales quotas and KPIs are met. Requires regular travel and hands-on field activity.

Review customer financials and credit reports to set credit limits and payment terms, monitor AR aging, obtain credit insurance, pursue collections, document credit decisions, and support AR process improvements and cross-functional backup.
