Provide administrative support to the Chief Program Officer and Associate Chief, supporting residential and day services. Manage calendars, meeting minutes, reports, departmental forms, data entry, service authorizations, contracts, vendor relations, event planning, deliveries, and donation coordination. Handle special projects, prioritize tasks under deadlines, and assist with client lunch coverage and purchases for group homes.

Manage day-to-day procurement in the ERP: create and track POs, follow up with suppliers, resolve delivery and receiving issues, support clear-to-build reviews, assist supplier onboarding and vendor data, and support continuous improvement and cross-functional supply chain initiatives to ensure material availability for production and engineering programs.

Provide legal support for sports and entertainment contracts including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating endorsements, sponsorships, licensing, media, and broadcasting agreements. Advise internal teams, coordinate outside counsel, manage contract intake and tracking, assist on disputes and regulatory research, and support broader legal matters.

Lead CRIHB's financial strategy and operations including accounting, budgeting, grants fiscal administration, audits, internal controls, financial reporting, cash management, and long-term planning. Serve as executive advisor to CEO and Board, oversee Finance staff, ensure compliance with federal, state, Tribal and grant requirements, negotiate indirect cost rates, and provide financial training to Tribal partners.

Develop and optimize solid-state electrolyte materials via synthesis, characterization, and electrochemical testing; improve production processes, document SOPs, follow safety protocols, mentor junior staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements.

Coordinate and convert high-volume inbound/outbound calls and web leads into sales appointments, maintain complex schedules for the estimation department, use ServiceTitan and CRM systems, communicate with customers and internal teams, and resolve customer issues while meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets.
