Analyze requirements, schedules, budgets, and logistics across DOTMLPF; develop transition and sustainment strategies; produce briefings and reports; coordinate with IPT leads and government stakeholders; and provide SME support on legacy E-6B systems to ensure mission-ready transition within cost and schedule constraints.

Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and specifications for pressure vessels, separators, piping, skids, and packaged equipment. Interpret P&IDs/PFDs, collaborate with engineers and shop personnel, manage CAD files/CNC programs, incorporate revisions, self-check work, and ensure compliance with ASME and company standards.

Partner with clients to define data science strategies, conduct analyses, create roadmaps and business cases, communicate methods to non-technical audiences, collaborate on end-to-end solutions, and identify/deploy ML and GenAI solutions.

Participate in a training program to support daily community operations, assisting the Executive Director and Business Office Manager. Learn departmental management, HR and payroll tasks, resident relations, sales and marketing support, and financial oversight including accounts receivable and collections. Prepare to transition into a Business Office Manager or Executive Director role.
