Manage VFX edit timelines, conform client EDL/XML with frame accuracy, maintain up-to-date edits and audio mixes, prepare and distribute WIPs, operate NLEs during reviews, and collaborate with VFX Supervisors and Producers to track project status and feedback.

Provide administrative and data management support for risk analysis: maintain secure review records, collate and analyze threat data, produce written and oral risk reports and briefings, track actions in automated systems, handle classified materials per DoD procedures, and assist senior analysts and proposal efforts.

Support finance and operations analyses by querying Ivy's Snowflake data lake, joining and cleaning large datasets, building data models, producing visualized reports, and delivering actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders on ad hoc and strategic projects, and apply statistical and machine learning fundamentals to operational problems.

Support and enhance the client's Supply Chain Risk Management program and assess security of AI-enabled and emerging technologies. Perform third-party and technology-related security risk analyses, identify gaps, recommend mitigations, support AI security compliance and governance, and apply federal software supply chain and NIST AI/SSDF guidance.
