The Operations Supervisor will lead a team to meet productivity targets and implement continuous improvement strategies, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

Administer federal and institutional student aid for nursing and medical imaging students. Provide counseling, process loans and scholarships, maintain student files and data systems, manage Federal Work-Study and campus-based funds, liaise with admissions and business office, compile regulatory reports (FISAP), support audits, and ensure compliance with Title IV regulations.

Lead Raycon's hardware product engine to launch 10+ test bets annually, set kill/scale criteria, own component and architecture decisions, drive post-launch product health (ratings, returns, NPS), manage and coach PMs, and coordinate across Engineering, ID, Ops, Marketing, and CX to improve product quality and scale winners rapidly.

Lead enterprise AI adoption by identifying high-impact use cases, designing agentic workflows and automation, building an AI enablement team, partnering with business leaders, ensuring governance and measuring ROI to drive productivity and transformation.

Manage a 20-month, grant-funded healthcare workforce expansion project: design operational plans with colleges and partners, recruit and support 25 residents, develop pipelines into entry-level clinical roles, coordinate with VCU Health and community partners, run marketing/events, launch programs, and report outcomes and milestones.

Support the Operations Manager with daily accounting tasks: process AP/AR, prepare payments, reconcile accounts, support billing and collections, maintain records, and use ASI ProfitMaker and Excel.

Provide part-time administrative support (20-29 hrs/week) to four Finance VPs: manage calendars, travel (domestic/international), meetings, records, supply ordering, passport/visa processing, deposits, and special projects while handling confidential information and supporting executive assistants as needed.

Manage quantitative and qualitative research: design surveys, sampling/weighting, vendor management, focus group coordination, and desk/social media research. Create visualizations and PowerPoint reports, integrate earned/paid media and social insights, and support client teams and special projects.
