Process and review vendor invoices and payments, resolve discrepancies, manage vendor communications, execute daily payment runs, assist vendor setup and reconciliations, audit high-value transactions, support AP-related systems and process improvements, and collaborate with Purchasing and internal teams to maintain accurate accounts payable operations.

Provide hands-on IT support: configure desktops/laptops/peripherals, perform basic helpdesk troubleshooting, assist with onsite installations and deployments, document processes, support IT projects, and help improve systems and workflows.

Provide administrative and executive support to leadership while managing office operations, onboarding, vendor relations, mail and shipping, basic IT and A/V troubleshooting, and company events. Maintain professional office aesthetics and handle ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth daily operations and strong workplace culture.

Drive new business by prospecting and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and intermediaries. Manage full sales cycle for residence and citizenship services, meet sales targets, maintain CRM records, collaborate with global teams, and deliver a seamless, discreet client experience.
