Design and develop ruggedized analog and digital electronics from concept through production. Responsibilities include circuit design, PCB layout, embedded firmware, RF/EMC testing, component selection, test-fixture design, production support, technical sales support, and documentation (schematics, BOMs, ECNs). Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, and sales teams and support ongoing products and test equipment.

As a Market Launcher at Bounce, you will be responsible for signing businesses onto the platform, managing full-cycle sales from lead generation to onboarding, while targeting the US market.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements: discover customer needs, design and present API- and Python-based solutions, run demos/POCs, create proposals and reusable demo assets, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption and expansion.

Provide front-office administrative support including accounting/bookkeeping, daily deposits, payroll processing, personnel records, advisory council coordination, scholarship review, and fundraising recordkeeping. Manage clerical tasks, supplies, mail, meeting logistics, and reports while supporting directors and maintaining accurate records.

Design, develop, and report supply chain metrics and a 30-month rolling forecast. Produce statistical forecasts, analyze demand (MAPE/BIAS), reconcile variances, drive mitigation and continuous improvement, coordinate cross-functional demand planning (o9, SAP, Power BI), and support product lifecycle to prevent obsolescence.

Drive think-cell's North America marketing strategy and execution, focusing on US campaigns, events, influencer and agency partnerships. Generate demand and enable sales with high-quality collateral, measure performance using Matomo and Power BI, and coordinate with design, content, product, and GTM teams. Hybrid role based in NYC with ~15% travel.

The Events Coordinator supports the planning and execution of ACORE events, managing logistics, communications, and attendee relations while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful events.

Manage expediting and supplier delivery performance, coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensure customs compliance, resolve transportation and customs issues, support procurement and operations for material availability across maintenance, projects, and operations.
