Leads engineering activities throughout development, creates work instructions and process maps, defines manufacturing tasks, validates tooling and processes, inspects components, and supports manufacturing after launch. Collaborates with project, quality, manufacturing, CAD/CAM, finance, and process engineering teams while preparing technical updates, reports, and presentations. Maintains historical data and baseline metrics to improve future product integration efforts.

Develop and maintain C++ and Python software models representing FPGA devices within Quartus Prime. Build high-performance APIs supporting synthesis, placement, routing, timing, and power analysis. Collaborate across hardware and software teams to integrate next-generation FPGA devices and create tools for FPGA device bring-up. The role requires strong software engineering, algorithms, data structures, communication, and experience with EDA or FPGA tools is preferred.

Administers company-wide benefits, leave of absence, and Workers’ Compensation programs. Responsibilities include enrollment, invoice reconciliation, HCM maintenance, leave tracking, claims coordination, employee support, compliance reporting, dashboards, open enrollment, process improvement, and manager training. The role partners with HR, payroll, brokers, vendors, and management while handling sensitive employee information and escalating complex cases appropriately.

Supports the Internal Audit team through controls and substantive testing, SOX compliance activities, walkthroughs, process evaluations, financial statement audits, operational projects, reporting, presentations, and cross-functional relationship building.

Leads ecosystem strategy for SambaNova’s AI accelerator products across networking, inference serving, storage, caching, prefill, CPU offload, and compiler systems. Defines build-versus-partner decisions, owns reference architectures and certification programs, drives co-optimization with software and model partners, and converts ecosystem relationships into deployments, demand, and revenue. The role also leads external positioning, analyst engagement, executive scorecards, and cross-functional execution with engineering, product strategy, marketing, and partners.
