Prepare full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for a commercial property portfolio. Perform end-to-end CAE/FEA for automotive aluminum castings: design and optimize castings in CAD, run static/dynamic/nonlinear/fatigue simulations, lead lightweighting and structural optimization, interpret results into design recommendations, produce technical reports and presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for validation and manufacturability.
