An 18–24 month accelerated entry-level program training candidates in floorcovering sales and facility operations. Provide advanced technical support for high-performance electron microscopy systems (SEM/TEM/EFA), troubleshoot electronics/mechanics/optics/vacuum/software, lead technical initiatives, train and mentor team members, liaise with R&D/field service/customers, support new product introductions, and travel internationally 25-50%.
