Own end-to-end customer lifecycle for a portfolio: scope, implement, realize value, drive adoption, and expand revenue. Manage delivery using Hawk methodology, monitor usage/performance, optimize outcomes (reduce false positives, speed investigations), engage in pre-sales as an SME, and build executive relationships to secure renewals and growth.

Drive complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles, maintain pipeline health and forecasting accuracy, coach sellers on MEDDPICC and deal strategy, and partner cross-functionally to allocate resources and improve sales processes.

Lead and write Semafor's Flagship briefing for an elite, time-poor audience; shape tone and coverage, collaborate across the newsroom, contribute to other reporting, help build the Semafor app, and represent the brand at events and media.
