Partner with the CEO to drive execution and increase leverage by owning executive operating rhythms, translating priorities into OKRs and scorecards, leading cross-functional initiatives, creating decision clarity, maintaining program roadmaps and dashboards, preparing CEO communications, and removing operational blockers to ensure measurable outcomes.

Travel under 10%.

Lead and execute dealership F&I strategy, train and manage sales and CS staff, ensure F&I compliance and AFIP certification, handle deal involvement and credit interviews, perform daily reporting and audits, support funding/system issues (DMS/FUSE), and develop action plans to improve manager and CS performance.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the corporate office: manage calls, schedules, meetings, supplies, vendor communication, onboarding, records, reporting, and special projects while supporting leadership and promoting an organized, professional workplace.

Build and operate an automated outbound GTM engine: prospecting workflows, LinkedIn, email/calling campaigns; qualify top-of-funnel leads; manage mid-funnel operations; and sell complex enterprise deals ($100K–$1M ACV) to C-suite while scaling the GTM function and team.

Provide clerical and office support for the Trial Division: process incoming/outgoing mail, prepare trial binders, archive files, run messenger errands, open/close files, enter data into case management systems, and manage docket control and distribution.

The UI/UX Designer will enhance user experience across digital platforms by conducting user research, optimizing designs, and managing design systems, ultimately creating intuitive and seamless customer experiences.
