Lead daily operations of the Ravenswood Older Adult Center, supervise staff and volunteers, ensure DFTA compliance and reporting, develop programs, manage budgets and resources, conduct community outreach, and monitor participation and contract performance goals.

Provide 24/7 onsite monitoring and support for residents at a supportive housing building. Maintain building cleanliness and safety, manage resident records, observe and report behavior changes, assist with crises and community resource referrals, and keep supervisors informed.

Support Corporate Development & Strategy by evaluating M&A and strategic initiatives across Beverage Alcohol and CPG. Build complex financial and valuation models, lead deal execution and due diligence, manage data rooms, partner cross-functionally (Legal, Finance, Tax, Operations), develop integration plans, conduct industry and competitor research, and prepare executive- and board-level presentations and recommendations.

Manage day-to-day operations of ticketing, CRM, IVR, and AI leasing agent systems; run recurring renter surveys and reporting; support cross-functional marketing and centralized operations projects and implementations.

Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of secondary curriculum and instructional programs; supervise curriculum materials, coordinate with state education, support Title I and federal programs, assist budgeting and textbook selection, attend board meetings, and provide instructional leadership for secondary schools.
