The Marketing Manager develops and executes MICA’s social media and digital marketing strategy, creating content across institutional channels and platforms. Responsibilities include managing content calendars, campaigns, digital communities, brand standards, analytics, reporting, and event coverage. The role translates performance data into recommendations, supports enrollment and engagement goals, advises campus partners, and coordinates multimedia storytelling. The position is in person, may oversee student workers or freelancers, and requires occasional evening and weekend work.

Manages the Supply Chain Contracting team, overseeing contracting policies, staff performance, supplier relationships, contract compliance, negotiations, renewals, pricing, and KPI monitoring. Experienced Associate Attorney handling commercial and real estate litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, trial preparation, legal research, and persuasive drafting. The role requires client, court, and colleague communication, collaboration with senior attorneys, and familiarity with Pennsylvania and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Candidates must be licensed in Pennsylvania and have at least five years of relevant litigation experience. The position is primarily in-office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, with one remote day weekly available after six months.

Balances customer demand, forecasts, interplant shipments, and production capacity to maintain target inventory and service levels. Develops master schedules, coordinates production planning, monitors output against plans, analyzes forecasts and inventory risks, and adjusts replenishment, safety stock, and material requirements. Provides delivery dates, manages material movement, creates KPI reports, supports planning-system improvements, and guides the work of other schedulers. Build, maintain, and optimize production ETL pipelines using Matillion and SSIS; develop Snowflake data models; integrate data sources; monitor reliability and performance; ensure data quality, security, and governance; troubleshoot failures; document processes; and partner with analysts, architects, engineers, and business teams to deliver reliable datasets.
