Frequent local travel and occasional overnight work required.

Lead development of robotics software for microfactories: write testable code, build CAD-to-motion and grasp-planning workflows, advance simulation and motion planning, integrate and validate software on physical industrial robots, productionize systems, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior engineers.

Observe and evaluate warehouse operational processes to verify internal controls, identify gaps or inefficiencies, report findings, and collaborate with teams to implement process improvements for operational excellence.
