Summary:
Supervisors play a critical role in the success of each event. Supervisors oversee and work along with a team of laborers who install/dismantle pipe/drape, tables, chairs, carpet, displays, signs, and other equipment as requested by the customer for trade shows, expos, festivals, and other special events. Supervisors are responsible for crew safety, meeting strict deadlines, transportation and care of equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service to both customers and vendors.
Essential Functions:
- Supervises and works with crew.
- Reads, comprehends, and follows floor plans, material lists, and applies necessary timelines
- Organizes, supervises, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes
- Works with client to ensure show is decorated and set up as planned
- Ensures that all safety protocols are followed
- Complies with all company policies and procedures, including crewmember discipline and documentation
- Reports timeclock adjustments as needed to payroll administrator
- May drive loaded vehicle to/from shows
- Attends staff meetings as required

REQUIRED TRAINING: You must certify
Within 90 days, you will be trained to be certified in Forklift.
Skills Required
- Forklift certification within 90 days
- Supervisory experience leading, organizing, and training crew members
