Architect, build, and operationalize production-grade generative AI and ML systems across Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure ML. Implement RAG, vector search, agentic AI, and API-based model services; create CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps practices, observability, and governance. Mentor engineers, troubleshoot inference and drift issues, and integrate AI services into regulated healthcare products ensuring security and compliance.

Manage daily aerial lift and conveyor operations, staff hiring/training/scheduling (20–25 winter, 5 summer), ensure CPTSB/ANSI compliance, coordinate with Ski Patrol and departments, maintain safety documentation, lead safety committee work, oversee guest service and operational projects.

Lead mechanical engineering and project management for robotics and automation products from concept through manufacturing. Perform system-level design, kinematics, structural and thermal analysis, motion-control integration, prototyping, testing, and production verification. Manage budgets, schedules, cross-functional teams, and client communication.

Lead and grow the electrical engineering team while owning end-to-end electrical architecture for robotic systems. Design and review schematics and PCB layouts, set EE standards, integrate high-speed sensors and distributed EtherCAT actuation, and drive system bring-up, fault isolation, DFM/DFA, and production ramp with manufacturers.
