Own recruiting operations: scheduling, Ashby data integrity, candidate experience, onsites, and automations. Build reporting, automate repetitive work, and partner with hiring managers to scale interviewer capacity and improve evaluation design.

Manage and grow strategic retail accounts by building buyer relationships, executing joint business plans, expanding distribution, managing promotions and trade spend, forecasting sales, and coordinating cross-functionally to drive profitable growth and improve on-shelf velocity.
