Provide Tier 2 endpoint and application support for Windows, Mac, and Linux devices and mobile platforms. Manage user accounts, lifecycle hardware, onboarding/offboarding, monitor desktop infrastructure, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, document procedures, drive automation and improvements, and support desktop security and IT service management processes.

Prepare and process federal and state tax compliance and individual/entity returns; reconcile general ledger and accounts; perform bookkeeping and payroll; assist with audits; manage deadlines and files; use QuickBooks, CCH, and Microsoft Office; support financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting for multiple small entities.

Lead and develop frontline supervisors and hourly associates in a fulfillment center, ensuring safety, productivity, quality, and process improvements. Drive staffing and productivity plans, monitor performance metrics, enforce compliance, mentor teams, and partner with other managers to share best practices across shifts and facilities.

Design and execute test plans, cases, and automated scripts (Rest Assured, Selenium, Postman) for functional, integration, regression and performance testing. Define user stories and acceptance criteria, document requirements, track defects, report QA metrics, and collaborate in Agile/SCRUM environments. Work requires active Top Secret or CBP BI clearance.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines (databases, data warehouses, data lakes) to support analysts and data scientists. Implement ETL/data integration, ensure data security and governance, optimize retrieval and performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and deploy solutions using cloud platforms and modern data processing frameworks.

Provide front-line IT support and troubleshooting for OS, applications, desktops/laptops, printers, phones and networking. Manage help desk tickets, deploy systems, perform user account maintenance, document solutions, research and implement new technologies, and help maintain system schedules while protecting confidential patient and financial data.

Enforce safety and regulatory compliance for tree-trimming crews, conduct site inspections and incident investigations, deliver training and briefings, maintain safety records and certifications, support emergency response, and coach crews to correct unsafe practices.

Own the post-sales client onboarding and implementation process, acting as primary client contact. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, configure product solutions, identify and escalate risks, and ensure successful go-live and handoff to delivery while driving high client satisfaction and training connections.

Serve as a strategic project manager supporting the Executive Director: lead initiatives from conception to reporting, manage external partner relationships, build project management and reporting systems, develop and execute external communications (social, web, e-newsletters), support proposal and business development, and handle administrative liaison duties with university partners.

Provide high-level legal and administrative support to multiple attorneys in maritime and/or construction litigation. Duties include proofreading and drafting, multitasking under deadlines, e-filing in state and federal courts, and using Microsoft Office. On-site position requiring strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
