Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests at campus housing. Perform front-desk and administrative duties, monitor keys and building access, manage packages, support openings/closings, assist residence life staff, help with marketing and applicant processing (Community Assistant), and participate in trainings and meetings.

Lead design, deployment, and operation of Caldera's blockchain infrastructure. Build and expand DevOps pipelines, manage Kubernetes/AWS deployments, implement IaC (Terraform/Helm), enhance observability, optimize performance, and maintain infrastructure security for production rollup chains.

Lead VDC/BIM strategy and implementation across project life cycles, manage model coordination, integrate point clouds, create 2D/3D site logistics and 4D simulations, train project staff, track VDC metrics, and support safety and site coordination.

Manage bi-weekly and monthly payroll for parishes, missions, and schools; ensure accurate wage rates, deductions, tax withholding, and compliance with federal and state laws. Handle position management, benefits and retirement coordination, leave accounting, and Form W-2 accuracy. Identify process improvements, work cross-departmentally, maintain confidentiality, and perform other payroll and compliance duties supporting the Diocese's mission.
