This position is responsible for maintaining accurate payroll through Landmark Student Transportation operations. Including but not limited too: monitoring and processing payroll, reviewing all categories of driver pay, salary as well hourly pay, bonus / performance incentives payments, PTO tracking, and other forms of pay. This will be an essential position responsible for ensuring payroll is accurate, timely and compliant with any federal, state or local laws
Utilize software programs such as ADP Work Force Now, Excel, Word, and Timebank to perform duties and responsibilities, with intermediate level of proficiency.
Compile and enter bi-weekly payroll, run appropriate payroll reports to check accuracy to time records submitted.
Completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in a timely manner.
Process post payroll WC reporting and payments.
Monitor compliance of the processing of garnishments and child support withholdings.
Process employee terminations final pay.
Responsible for running overtime reports and other requests from corporate executive team.
Prepare monthly PTO reports for PTO liability for financials
Verify accuracy of year end documents and issue annual W-2 forms to employee and assist employee with any questions regarding how to access their end of the year forms.
Organizes and maintains retention of files in accordance with document retention policies and requirements.
Multitude of other duties as directed by the leadership.

Pay Range$24 - $28 HR
Skills Required
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, Excel, Word, and Timebank (intermediate level)
