Design, build, and operate reliable AWS-based infrastructure and Kubernetes/EKS clusters. Automate infrastructure with Terraform, improve CI/CD pipelines, implement resilience/multi-region recovery, monitor performance, participate in on-call rotations, and lead incident response and root-cause analysis.

Provide administrative, financial, operational, and technical support to City Council, boards, the Independent Police Monitor, Parking Services, and the City Manager's Office. Manage calendars, meeting logistics, public notifications, records, cash handling/POS transactions, web pages, customer service, and coordinate events, recruitment, and interdepartmental issues while maintaining confidentiality and following city procedures.

Previous hotel system knowledge (Delphi/Opera) is a plus.
