Serve as a C-suite operational leader partnering with the CEO to execute strategy, oversee programs (community, outdoor, customer care), drive membership growth, improve operational effectiveness, lead and develop multi-functional teams, manage planning and budgets, build community partnerships, and champion DEIA and continuous improvement to advance organizational mission and impact.

Lead the contractor-facing roadmap for 360Finance, owning strategy, execution, analytics, and A/B testing. Collaborate with engineering, design, lenders, and operations to ship features, reduce UX friction, and increase contractor adoption and signed documents. Prototype AI-powered solutions, build instrumentation and Heap dashboards, run experiments, and translate insights into KPI-driven priorities and clear PRDs.

Review, validate, and enter case data from multiple sources; create and manage case files; verify completeness and resolve inconsistencies; prepare reports and correspondence; track case status and deadlines; provide status updates and support FBI asset-forfeiture related investigations.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable for a property portfolio: invoice generation, payment posting, cash application, collections, AR subledger reconciliations, rent/CAM/security deposit processing in Yardi, prepare AR aging and GPR reports, assist month-end close, support audits, and maintain tenant account documentation.

Lead content strategy and execution across LinkedIn, video, email, and web. Translate complex financial and regulatory topics into engaging thought leadership and client-facing content. Manage editorial calendar, partner with compliance/legal, track performance metrics, and iterate based on business impact.

Provide practical legal counsel on commercial, SaaS, technology, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and M&A matters. Draft, negotiate, and manage complex agreements, support dispute resolution, develop contracting playbooks and CLM practices, and advise senior leadership while managing outside counsel and multiple high-priority matters.

Manage month-end close, reconcile balance sheet accounts, maintain accounting schedules, support audits and compliance, handle fixed assets and lease accounting (ASC 842), assist inventory and multi-state tax filings, reconcile intercompany activity, and partner with FP&A and operations to analyze and improve financial processes across multi-entity operations.

Provide high-volume customer support via chat, phone, and email; manage multiple live chats; meet hourly productivity, SLA, and quality metrics; self-serve using internal tools and AI; escalate and partner cross-functionally to resolve issues; identify trends and improve processes; maintain knowledge documentation.
