Owns tax accuracy, quality, and performance for AI-powered Sales and Use Tax products. Translates complex indirect tax requirements into product specifications, testing strategies, evaluation frameworks, and roadmap priorities. Partners with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver capabilities, investigate failures, and improve customer outcomes. Requires deep multi-state sales and use tax expertise, technology evaluation experience, strong stakeholder communication, and occasional travel.

Develop positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, integrated campaigns, digital strategy, market intelligence, sales enablement, and content programs for engineered power solutions. Establish marketing processes, analytics, reporting, budgets, vendor partnerships, and a scalable team while personally executing priority deliverables. Partner with product, engineering, sales, and operations leaders to translate technical capabilities into customer value and support growth, acquisitions, and new service lines.

Own a portfolio of enterprise customers as a trusted advisor, driving SaaS adoption, measurable business outcomes, customer health, satisfaction, and long-term retention. Develop success plans, engage senior stakeholders, identify risks and growth opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Support. Represent customer feedback internally while building lasting customer advocacy.

Provide program management support for FIO programs, including planning, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, WBS, risk and configuration management, documentation, and meeting coordination with government stakeholders. Requires adherence to DoD and federal regulations.
