Provides frontline IT support in a mixed Windows and macOS environment, resolving technical issues, managing tickets, documenting solutions, supporting webinars and meetings, onboarding users, delivering training, and maintaining knowledge-base content. Performs mechanical engineering design for industrial process and manufacturing projects, including piping systems, stress analysis, specifications, calculations, material take-offs, cost studies, vendor drawing reviews, construction support, and fieldwork. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, supports procurement and drafting, checks engineering work for code compliance, and provides technical guidance to junior personnel. Requires a mechanical engineering degree, Professional Engineer registration, and at least three years of relevant industrial experience.
