Leads VSE’s OEM engine-accessories programs, serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and MRO partners. Develops long-term strategies, manages contracts, capacity, forecasts, risks, financial performance, audits, and operational improvements. Builds executive relationships, ensures technical and contractual deliverables, presents program performance to leadership, supports product improvements, and mentors program personnel. Requires worldwide travel to OEM and supplier facilities, conferences, and trade shows.

Support corporate tax on U.S. domestic matters including compliance, tax provision, technical research, and written analysis. Prepare and review federal, state, and local returns, quarterly projections and REIT tests, respond to notices, and assist with special tax projects and documentation.

Develop and scale Vision-Language-Action models and foundation architectures for robotic manipulation and navigation. Build multimodal and synthetic data pipelines, fine-tune large-scale models, optimize inference for real-time robotic applications, publish research at leading conferences, and integrate AI systems with robotics hardware and platforms.

Support management of a growing commercial real estate loan portfolio: perform loan and financial analysis, monitor covenants and maturities, prepare memos, assist with underwriting, watchlist/criticized loan reviews, coordinate audits, and work with lenders and portfolio manager to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory reporting and loan oversight.

Design, administer, and improve employee health, retirement, voluntary, and wellbeing programs. Own Workday benefits configuration, testing, maintenance, and digital enablement. Ensure compliance with ERISA/ACA/HIPAA, coordinate audits/filings, manage vendor relationships, and use analytics and automation to drive adoption and operational efficiency. Advise HR partners and mentor colleagues to align wellbeing with business strategy.

Lead the architecture, design, integration, qualification, and manufacturing specifications for electrical power and data distribution harnesses on lunar rovers. Own interconnect architecture, schematics, interface documents, pinouts, routing, materials, connectors, shielding, and radiation mitigation. Coordinate testing, assembly, spacecraft integration, suppliers, and manufacturing partners while serving as the harness design subject matter expert and mentoring engineers.

Drive in-territory sell-through by visiting installer shops and WD branches, executing merchandising, delivering product and fitment training, staffing events, logging activity in CRM, and coordinating with Account Managers and Sales Operations to grow revenue and onboard new shop accounts.

Supports engineering and manufacturing teams by creating and maintaining CAD drawings, prints, routings, bills of materials, control plans, and manufacturing documentation. Assists engineers with CAD detailing, prepares internal print packages, supports shop-floor questions, contributes to continuous improvement, and helps ensure customer parts and production processes are accurately documented. The role also performs shop-floor duties and collaborates with manufacturing team members.
