Translates business needs into technical requirements, leads pilots and scalable deployments, measures business value, drives user adoption, and ensures responsible AI, privacy, security, and governance. Partners with business, engineering, data, legal, and security teams to integrate solutions into workflows, improve commercial and supply chain performance, and support innovation and operational excellence.

Leads Responsible AI governance and operational oversight across McCain’s AI portfolio. Establishes standards, evaluation methods, risk classifications, stage-gate reviews, testing and red-teaming practices, portfolio reporting, audit readiness, and compliance controls. Partners with AI, Engineering, Risk, Privacy, Architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are safe, effective, transparent, reliable, and scalable. Provides governance leadership, continuous improvement, and people management while maintaining separation from use case intake and prioritization.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise AI deployments. Drive user adoption, training, change management, stakeholder engagement, and value realization. Monitor rollouts, measure adoption and business impact, and ensure governance, compliance, and continuous improvement for AI solutions.

Lead and develop the Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) practice for McCain's Commercial (Yellow) portfolio. Set capability frameworks, coach and hire FDEs, align resources to business priorities, personally lead select AI engagements, create reusable playbooks, and ensure Responsible AI, security, and governance compliance while partnering with platform, knowledge, and governance teams to drive measurable enterprise AI outcomes.

Deploy AI, automation, and marketing technologies by partnering with Marketing and technical teams to run pilots, translate requirements, integrate workflows, ensure governance, and enable user adoption to improve campaign execution, personalization, insights, and operational efficiency.

Lead and grow McCain's Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) practice for Manufacturing within the Yellow AI portfolio. Manage hiring, assignments, performance, and development of senior FDEs; set standards, playbooks, and practices; personally lead select AI engagements; partner with platform, engineering, governance, and business leaders to drive adoption, measurable impact, and compliant, responsible AI deployments. Provide executive representation and resolve resource conflicts while embedding with teams for coaching and execution.

Research and evaluate emerging AI and agentic technologies, recommend and support pilots, partner with engineering to scale proven solutions, document findings and assess risks including security, privacy, and Responsible AI, and communicate technical insights to business stakeholders.

Leads McCain’s enterprise knowledge engineering practice and owns the Context Mesh, an AI knowledge layer. Responsibilities include ontology and taxonomy architecture, semantic governance, knowledge graph development, domain team leadership, AI platform integration, data grounding, stakeholder collaboration, and improving AI accuracy, reliability, trust, and business impact.

Lead enterprise AI platform deployment, adoption, governance, and measurement. Plan rollouts from pilots to enterprise scale, partner with Security/Legal/IT, configure identity and provisioning, build enablement programs, create adoption analytics and executive reporting, and remove adoption barriers to maximize business value.

Leads McCain’s Responsible AI governance function, defining standards, evaluation methodologies, risk classifications, stage-gate reviews, portfolio reporting, and audit-readiness processes. Oversees AI testing, red-teaming, quality thresholds, model monitoring, compliance alignment, and executive dashboards. Partners with risk, privacy, architecture, and technology teams while maintaining independent oversight. Manages governance specialists and drives responsible, scalable AI adoption across the enterprise.
