The AI Deployment & Enablement Lead plays a critical role in helping McCain realize value from AI investments by driving successful deployment, adoption, and business enablement of AI solutions across the enterprise. This role serves as the bridge between AI product teams, technology teams, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure AI capabilities are effectively implemented, embraced, and sustained.
The successful candidate will combine strong project execution, stakeholder management, change leadership, and business acumen to accelerate adoption of AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, decision making, employee experience, and business outcomes.
JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the AI Deployment & Enablement Manager, the AI Deployment & Enablement Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the deployment and adoption of AI solutions across McCain.
This role partners closely with product owners, AI engineers, business teams, functional leaders, and change management partners to ensure AI capabilities are successfully launched, effectively utilized, and continuously improved. The role focuses on driving business readiness, user adoption, training, communications, stakeholder engagement, value realization, and operational enablement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
AI Deployment & Implementation
- Lead deployment planning and execution for AI products, tools, and capabilities.
- Coordinate implementation activities across business, technology, and external partners.
- Ensure deployment plans are aligned to business priorities, timelines, and operational readiness requirements.
- Monitor implementation progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation activities.
- Support pilot programs, proof-of-concepts, and scaled enterprise rollouts.
Adoption & Enablement
- Develop strategies to drive successful adoption of AI solutions across functions and regions.
- Create adoption roadmaps and sustainment plans that encourage long-term utilization.
- Identify adoption barriers and implement actions to improve user engagement and effectiveness.
- Measure user adoption, engagement, and business outcomes associated with deployed AI solutions.
- Share best practices and success stories to accelerate enterprise-wide AI maturity.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, product teams, and technology teams.
- Translate technical AI concepts into language that is understandable and actionable for business stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment among cross-functional teams throughout deployment initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor supporting business readiness and organizational adoption.
Change Management & Communications
- Partner with change management and communications teams to create deployment and adoption strategies.
- Design and execute communication plans to support awareness, understanding, and adoption.
- Assess organizational impacts and help stakeholders prepare for new ways of working.
- Support leaders in effectively communicating AI initiatives and benefits to their teams.
Training & Learning
- Identify capability and skill development needs associated with AI adoption.
- Develop and coordinate training materials, learning resources, workshops, and enablement sessions.
- Support the creation of role-based learning pathways for employees and leaders.
- Foster a culture of responsible AI usage and continuous learning.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure deployments align with McCain's AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Gather user feedback and deployment insights to inform future product improvements.
- Track key success metrics and provide reporting on adoption, value realization, and business impact.
- Recommend opportunities to improve deployment methodologies and enablement approaches.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Change Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in technology delivery, product deployment, digital transformation, change management, enablement, or related fields.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations and adoption initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and change management practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in global organizations.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation, or digital technologies preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Experience developing training, communication, and adoption strategies is considered an asset.
