Lead and coach a corporate sponsorship sales team to grow revenue for KCUR | Classical KC by managing accounts, developing market strategies, mentoring staff, creating integrated multimedia sponsorship campaigns, building local business relationships, and using data-driven sales forecasting to identify opportunities and close new accounts.

Own member lifecycle to grow, engage, and retain patients. Design nurture and newsletter campaigns, optimize onboarding workflows, partner cross-functionally to reduce churn, improve engagement (check-ins, bookings, attendance), define KPIs, and analyze program impact to optimize member outcomes.

Build and run the company's privacy and compliance program end-to-end for healthcare data: data mapping, notices, consent flows, DSARs, vendor diligence, HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance, PIA/privacy-by-design reviews, incident response, training, and advising Product/Engineering on AI and data use while tracking evolving regulations.

Conduct research and data collection tracking right-wing legal organizations and anti-democratic trends; maintain and develop data systems; analyze litigation, personnel networks, and policy campaigns; prepare briefings for internal and external stakeholders; collaborate across teams and with partners to turn data into action and support strategic initiatives.
