Drive sales growth in density, viscosity, refractometry and related analytical methods across West Texas. Generate new accounts, manage existing customers, present to technical and executive audiences, qualify opportunities, develop proposals, close business, and support demonstrations/installations. Role requires frequent travel (50-60%), territory-based field work, and reporting to the Southern Region Sales Director.

Manage commercial retail construction projects end-to-end: plan and execute work plans, track budgets and schedules, lead cross-functional teams, handle bidding/contract change orders, monitor job-site production and quality, prepare reports, and communicate status with clients and stakeholders.

Oversee all technical production elements (lighting, audio, video, automation/rigging, performer flying) and run show-calling for a portfolio of theatre productions and guest entertainers. Lead and schedule a team of up to 20 production staff, manage rehearsals, ensure cast/crew/guest safety, perform risk assessments, handle chemical and inventory management, and maintain outstanding guest service standards aboard cruise vessels.

Lead and support demand planning team to improve account-level forecast accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply planning, finance, and fulfillment; develop metrics and dashboards; enhance S&OP and forecasting processes; manage inventory alignment and new-product replenishment; identify risks and drive actionable insights.

Design, build, and scale Storesight's web applications and services. Lead architecture and implementation of features, maintain integrations and APIs, troubleshoot production issues, reduce technical debt, and mentor engineers while promoting best practices, testing, and deployment in a cloud environment.

Support day-to-day plant operations and monitor key process parameters. Troubleshoot process issues, recommend operating adjustments, lead/assist feasibility studies and capital projects, and provide technical support for outages and startups.
