Manage a sales territory selling paint, sundries and equipment to contractors and retail customers. Build customer partnerships, execute annual territory business plans, aggressively pursue new accounts, grow market share and margins, coordinate with stores and internal teams, and perform regular driving and on-site customer engagement.

Lead and mentor the AP team, resolve escalated invoice and vendor disputes, process high-volume oil & gas invoices and payment runs, support month-end close and audits, and champion AP automation and process improvements to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Deploy and maintain AI systems at enterprise customers: own deployment runbooks, build deployment tooling, debug data pipelines and model inference, translate customer needs into production solutions, and act as a technical advisor during deployment and early production.

Support attorneys in all litigation phases: draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery, and correspondence; manage records, invoices, and high-volume caseloads; conduct legal research using Lexis Advance; e-file with state courts; prepare for mediation and trial; and use document management systems.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices for fintech products. Build REST APIs, support greenfield projects and improve existing systems (card payments, treasury, transactions, crypto liquidity). Use Java and Spring Boot with Postgres, practicing TDD, DDD, and CI/CD to deliver maintainable, high-performance services.

Manage and oversee payroll operations for multiple entities (domestic and international), ensure tax and regulatory compliance, maintain payroll accounting and reconciliations, lead payroll staff, manage payroll systems and vendors, support audits and reporting, and collaborate with HR and accounting stakeholders.

Act as primary customer contact to manage inquiries, documentation requests, and project status updates. Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams, maintain portals and records, support audits and site visits, perform data collection/trending, and drive timely resolution of customer requests.
