Manage IRCO's Workforce Development sector overseeing 20+ programs: supervise staff, manage multi-stream budgets and contracts, ensure funder compliance, lead strategic planning, community outreach, program development, and partnership coordination to support workforce outcomes.

Lead day-to-day campaign operations and logistics: manage offices, supplies, vendors, scheduling and payroll (Connecteam), hiring/onboarding, event budgets and onsite advance, produce print materials, perform Google account admin and IT security tasks, and support staff training and voter registration quality control.

Provide full-cycle HR leadership for Tacoma distribution center and nearby sites: advise leaders on employee relations, compliance, performance management, talent development, recruiting/onboarding, ADA/leave/workers' comp coordination, HR operations (I-9, payroll changes, personnel files), HR metrics analysis, and standardize practices across sites. Travel up to 20-25% to support other distribution centers.

Manage attendee communications and the end-to-end registration process for programs, maintain registration data and reports, coordinate with clients and internal teams, handle hotel blocks and supplier invoicing, lead internal registration teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality program deliverables.

Lead and mentor engineering team to develop, optimize, and maintain CNC machining processes. Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), support new product introductions, ensure AS9100 compliance, collaborate with QA/production/supply chain, manage budgets, and plan capacity and automation opportunities.

Maintain and modernize a legacy C#/.NET codebase, design and build new cloud-based applications, write front- and back-end code, add unit/integration tests, review code, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across teams to improve architecture and reliability.

Lead strategy and execution for individual giving, major and legacy gifts, and annual campaigns. Cultivate and steward donor relationships, manage donor data and reporting, collaborate with communications and program teams, and lead development staff to grow a diversified, sustainable donor base.

Lead actuarial valuation and modernization efforts including reserve establishment, regulatory compliance, financial reporting support, audit and exam preparation, automation/AI improvements, and oversight of NAIC RBC and valuation processes. Manage a small actuarial team and collaborate with Accounting, Risk, Internal Audit, Modeling, and Legal on reinsurance, disclosures, and actuarial controls.
